Shawna Schoenbeck, PLLC - Broker Associate, REALTOR®
Shawna is a proud native Floridian who has spent her life living, working, and enjoying everything Central Florida has to offer. Her deep roots in the community, combined with years of real estate experience and advanced industry education, allow her to provide clients with both local insight and professional guidance they can truly rely on.
Having personally experienced the challenges and excitement that come with buying and selling real estate, Shawna understands that every move is personal. She knows the process can feel overwhelming at times, which is why she is committed to making each transaction as smooth, informed, and stress free as possible. Clients appreciate her calm approach, attention to detail, honest communication, and genuine dedication to helping them feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Shawna worked in pharmaceutical quality assurance and control, where she developed the strong organizational skills, problem solving abilities, and attention to detail that continue to benefit her clients today. She takes pride in being approachable, dependable, and easy to work with while also being a strong advocate and skilled negotiator when it matters most.
Shawna is passionate about continuing education and staying current in an ever changing market so she can provide the highest level of service possible. When she is not working with clients, Shawna enjoys swimming, diving, kayaking, reading, and spending time in nature. She also volunteers with a local cat rescue and animal sanctuary and shares her home with four beloved cats who always keep life interesting and full of love.
Stephanie Boorom - REALTOR®
Stephanie is a Florida native, with deep-seated roots in east central Florida, dating back generations of her family. Throughout her lifetime, she’s watched the small towns she grew up in become bustling suburbs making Volusia County near and dear to her heart and a place she still calls HOME.
There’s no better guide than Stephanie to show you the hidden local gems of east central Florida; whether it be parks, nature, natural springs, beaches, entertainment, restaurants, and/or shopping venues you’re looking for, she knows where to find them to make you feel like a true local and enjoy all that the area has to offer.
Stephanie’s education and work background are rooted in the school system. She has worked in both middle and high school classes as a science teacher and dean for the last decade. She is a natural educator, which makes her an essential ally for you in the real estate world.
She is prepared to keep her clients informed from beginning to end, and thereafter, so they can make the best decisions to meet their real estate goals.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, gardening, surfing, boating, fishing, pool days, college football (GO Knights!) and hanging out with her close friends and family.
